Today, we would like to announce significant changes within the KONUX Executive Leadership Team. Andreas Loy (formerly Kunze), co-founder of KONUX, has assumed the role of Interim CEO, succeeding Adam Bonnifield, who will take on new challenges outside the company. At the same time, three company leaders have been promoted to C-level positions.
To manage our rapid growth trajectory, KONUX is now expanding its C-Level Leadership Team: Johanna Leisch, previously KONUX’ Head of Legal, has been promoted to General Counsel, Chief Human Resources Officer and Managing Director of KONUX GmbH alongside the current MD – Huschke Diekmann (Chief Revenue Officer). Two further new additions to the Executive Leadership Team are Thomas Böhm (Chief Product Officer), and Marc Gaines (Interim Chief Technology Officer). KONUX co-founder and Chief Operating Officer Max Hasler completes the new company top management.

Our co-founder & CEO Andreas Loy stepped back from his position in 2021 due to health reasons and continued to serve as Vice Chairman of the board. Andreas has since made a full recovery and will serve as interim CEO, ensuring a seamless transition in leadership. After his tenure at KONUX, Andreas will return to proceed with his existing various charity and NGO commitments.
