Before joining KONUX as CEO, he held senior roles at Clicktale, Contentsquare, and MTS Systems, and most recently led the JVP Cyber-Climate-Tech Center in New York. Since 2024, he has driven KONUX's mission to transform rail infrastructure with Al-powered solutions, combining growth strategy with deep industry insight.

Johanna oversees day-to-day operations and strategic growth initiatives at KONUX. Previously serving as Chief People Officer and General Counsel, she brings legal and M&A experience from the rail sector alongside a sharp operational mindset. Appointed COO in 2024, she has been instrumental in building KONUX's leadership team and organisational scale during its growth journey. Johanna holds degrees from Mannheim Business School and the University of Augsburg.

With deep expertise in software, hardware, and applied AI, Marc brings a rare combination of engineering precision and strategic foresight to scaling Al-driven infrastructure. Prior to KONUX, he held senior product and architecture roles at ifap Service-Institut, driving healthcare digital transformation.
